If you get Access denied error when you are starting Save2FTP you should give read/write right to Save2FTP installation directory. Especially write rigts to ARhtasks.bpd and Save2ftp.log files.

Save2FTP has own schedule when you cofiguring a taks look at "Schedule" panel. Also the task have to be ACTIVE to run according schedule (Set "The tasks is active" flag)

You can use 7-zip as external archiver http://www.7-zip.org/7z.html It is free software. Also, as far as i know, 7-Zip supports Zip64 extension of ZIP format. So you can try create 40Gb zip archive with built-in archiver and open it in 7-Zip. Here is a message from 7-Zip support team forum about Zip...

You should create tasks with INCREMENTAL option. So after first execution APBackup will copy only new or changed files.

Built-in archiver can't span archives but you can use any external archiver (WinRar for example ) - just create new External archiver configuration and in parameter string insert spanning switch for this archiver. So you can create configuration for 4,5Gb and use it in your task. (See details in APB...

APBackup hasn't restore functionality. APBackup store archives in standart pkZip format so you can use any ZIP archiver to restore backup files.

If you want to calculate cost you should separate colors in your editor and estimate page coverage for every separated color. You'll get results on "5% covarage" page for every color. To estimate cost you can see "5% page equivalent" result - just multiple it to cost of 5% page for the same color.

Send Arhtasks.bpd and log file to support@avpsoft.com
(When you are sending Arhtasks.bpd clear ftp password and user name in tasks configuration window.)
And please write FTP server name and version you use.

Make sure you can delete these files through any FTP manager.
