It is bacause of slow internet connection. You can use flags "Include only if Archive attribute is set" and "clear archive attribute". In this case Save2ftp will upload only new or changed files after last backup so It increase size of transfered files and the task will be execut...

APBackup can't open connection to your FTP server on port 5005.

Possible reasons:
1. Your FTP server is behind a firewall in this case try to use Passive Mode or try to open these data ports in your FTP server.
2. Try to ping your FTP server and make sure that FTP server address is valid.

If you get Access denied error when you are starting Save2FTP you should give read/write right to Save2FTP installation directory. Especially write rigts to ARhtasks.bpd and Save2ftp.log files.

Save2FTP has own schedule when you cofiguring a taks look at "Schedule" panel. Also the task have to be ACTIVE to run according schedule (Set "The tasks is active" flag)

You can use 7-zip as external archiver http://www.7-zip.org/7z.html It is free software. Also, as far as i know, 7-Zip supports Zip64 extension of ZIP format. You should create tasks with INCREMENTAL option. So after first execution APBackup will copy only new or changed files.
