APFill gets page size from PS file so i think there is a problem with configuration of the Post Script printer you use. It seems like you set "start after timeout" on the "Schedule" panel. Set it to 0:00:00 and the task will start immediately

Found the problem with the file. There was a string of text that would go beyond the borders of the page. I shortend the string so it ends within the borders of the page and now I can open the .ps file with APFill. Please send this problem file to support@avpsoft.com to fix this bug with APFill By ...

Sorry but you should install v 8.14 of GS

APBackup packs your data but it needs HDD place for it. So you can't create archive on FTP without HDD or LAN shared drive. Because of it APBackup needs create archive on your drive first and only then copy it to FTP. If you want just copy files to FTP you can use freeware Save2FTP utility.
