Encryption

Do I have to encrypt my files before using Save2FTP if I want to have secure files? Or, can the program do it for me?

Save2Ftp can't encript filese before uploading.

It doesn't but APBackup allows start external application before and after backup process and wait it is finished (so you can use external encryption tools (PGP,...)). Also APBackup allows use external archivers with strong encryption (WinRar, 7-Zip,...)
