Shutdown Windows after executed task

Post by Dean Loh »

This is a good piece of software.

I have a question: I see there is an option to set "To Do After Backup", I would like to shutdown my Windows after execution of a task, may I know what command should I use?

Got this figured out myself. I could just use the shutdown command.

Yes In WinXP just use "Shutdown" command
In Win98/ME use "RUNDLL32.EXE user.exe,exitwindows"

To shut down Win2K, you can download and use the freeware psShutdown utility from Sysinternals (http://www.systernals.com). The psShutdown utility can be found at the following URL: http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freew ... down.shtml
