You can delete photos from the folder selecting them with CTRL + Left Mouse Click and then select Delete from the Windows context menu.

You should grant access to write to this folder to user who runs APbackup.
Also you can run APBackup with -localcfg parameter. In this case APBackup stores all data into the folder where APbackup.exe is.

It seems that APFill can't find gsdll32.dll, so just copy it from Ghostscript installation to the APFill working folder and restart APFill.

Yes you should stop service, run APBackup in normal mode configure tasks, exit APBackup and start service.
