Download Previous Versions

How can a paid licensee download the previous version of TimeToPhoto without being forced to upgrade to the new version 3.0? I'm specifically looking to re-install version 2.9x as I recently purchased a replacement laptop. The link (https://avpsoft.com/blog/2016/04/11/new_timetophoto29/) in the support article just sends you to the download page of the new version.
