Is APBackup fully compatible with Server 2003?

I have a task the uploads a zipped file to my FTP site and I get the following error when running it from Windows Server 2003:

Unexpected error. Either source or archive folders are invalid[Unable to copy file to FTP:

It runs fine from Windows 7 though.

Any suggestions?

Yes APBackup works under 2003 and 2008 server.
Please send a full APBackup.log file to support@avpsoft.com
