Why is the Consumables Cost - 0.20?

For example

Cyan Standard Capacity Toner $189.99 with yield 4500 pages with 5% coverage.
So we get for 1%: (189.99/4500)/5% ~0.008$
For 4 cartriges 0.008$*4=0.032$

"Price per 1 printed page USD" ~ 0.032*29.34 = $0.94

Also you should calculate the BLACK color separated as soon as black
cartridge is cheaper it costs $183.99 with 10,000 pages (5% coverage)
yield.
