I have purchased this year ago and I love it. I have updated my use of this product but when I put the date on it it does not replace the picture, it adds a second picture with a date. Is there something I should be doing to replace my photo with the same picture except I now have a date on it. I don't want 2 of the same pictures, with a picture with no date and another same pictures with a date. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Hello
TimeToPhoto creates stamped copies of your original photos. Stamps can't be remove from stamped copies so TimeToPhoto 2.8 adds the "_timestamp" postfix by default to each photo to prevent original photos overwriting if you select the original folder as a destination. If you need to save old photo names in version 2.8 you should also check the "rename\Sort photos" flag, select FILE NAME MASK = "%o"(it means "original photo name").
Also you can download TimeToPhoto 2.7 without this feature.
