Changing a Date that the Software Applied

I would like to be able to change date or insert a date of my choice on the photo. Is that possible? If so how is that to be accomplish?

You can add any label to photo so just write what you want (date, text, ...) into "TEXT TO PHOTO" field and that will be placed on photo.
