How to measure an angle
Universal Desktop Ruler allows for
measuring any angle on screen

To measure an on-screen angle, choose
the "Angle" menu item. Then, using the left mouse button, mark the
vertex of the angle and two rays emanating from it. The angle
between those two rays is what will be measured. After this,
a window
will appear with the angle’s measurement
in degrees.
